Terms and Conditions — Global Multitalent Show (GMTS)

1. Agreement & Acceptance

By using or participating in any services offered by Global Multitalent Show – GMTS (“GMTS”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including registering for events, buying products, or joining the GMTS Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

GMTS reserves the right to modify, update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Scope — Products, Events & Services

GMTS operates an online platform that includes:

• Sale of physical and digital products via our website (https://news.viftri.com), and

• Online and/or offline events, competitions, and talent shows (collectively “Events”).

These Terms apply to both product purchases and Event registrations, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

3. Registration, Orders & Payments (Non-Refundable)

3.1 All registrations for Events and purchases of products must be completed through the checkout and payment process on our website or any official channels we designate.
3.2 All payments are strictly non-refundable. By making a payment for registration or products you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.
3.3 Fees, dates, and categories for Events may be updated by GMTS at our discretion. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify registrants of significant changes.

4. Taxes & Invoicing

4.1 All prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website. For Indian customers, applicable GST will be applied and displayed on your invoice.
4.2 Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their country of residence for international transactions.

5. Event Rules, Judging & Certification

5.1 Event rules, judging criteria, and selection methods (including public voting and jury decisions) will be published for each Event. GMTS reserves the right to change rules or format at any time.
5.2 Judges’ decisions and GMTS determinations regarding results, eligibility, or awards are final and binding. No legal claims will be entertained against GMTS for judging outcomes, except as required by law.
5.3 Participants who successfully register will receive digital certificates as described in the Event documentation (subject to compliance with submission and eligibility rules).

6. Affiliate Program (Summary)

6.1 The GMTS Affiliate Program permits registered Affiliates to earn commissions for qualifying referrals to https://news.viftri.com. Full Affiliate Program Terms are provided separately and are incorporated into these Terms.
6.2 Commissions are payable only for sales tracked through GMTS’s tracking system and on the basis described in the separate Affiliate Terms. GMTS reserves the right to withhold or rescind any commission earned through fraudulent, illegal, or improper practices.
6.3 Payout threshold and schedule are defined in the Affiliate Program Terms.

7. Account Terms & Eligibility

7.1 To use certain services you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
7.2 You must be at least 5 years old to enter events? [Note: adjust age rules per category]. (Modify specific age eligibility in Event pages.)
7.3 You agree not to share or sell your account credentials. GMTS is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and materials on the GMTS website and in our Events are the property of GMTS or its licensors. You may not use GMTS trademarks, logos, or materials except as expressly permitted by GMTS in writing.

9. Links, Promotions & Affiliate Graphics

Affiliates and partners may use special link formats, banners, and promotional materials provided by GMTS only as authorized. Use of untracked links, incorrectly formatted affiliate codes, or prohibited marketing methods may disqualify commissions.

10. Referral Fees & Commission Rules

10.1 Referral fees will only be paid for purchases that are properly tracked and validated by GMTS systems.
10.2 GMTS may set minimum payout thresholds, chargebacks period, and payment schedules – see Affiliate Terms for details.

11. Compliance with Laws & Prohibited Conduct

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the site and GMTS programs. You may not use GMTS services for illegal activity, hate speech, or any conduct that is fraudulent or harmful. GMTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Termination

GMTS may suspend or terminate accounts, registration, or affiliate participation at any time for any reason, including fraudulent behavior, policy violations, or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of GMTS trademarks and remove affiliate materials as instructed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMTS will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. GMTS’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to GMTS in the 12 months preceding any claim.

14. Disclaimers

GMTS provides services and content “as is.” We make no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, or of suitability for any particular purpose. Participation in Events is at your own risk.

15. Independent Investigation & Acknowledgement

By participating you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms, and you have independently evaluated whether to participate in GMTS programs.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the provisions set forth in the Affiliate Terms and the dispute resolution provisions contained therein (including arbitration), unless otherwise specified in Event rules. 17. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GMTS regarding the subject matter herein. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
